The new Porsche Cayenne Turbo S has been revealed and is the most powerful version of the SUV to date.
With an improved version of the standard Cayenne Turbos twin-turbocharged V8 engine, the Turbo S has an extra 50bhp giving it a total of 543bhp. Torque has also been increased from 516lb ft to 553lb ft. The current Cayenne Turbo is already a fast car but the resulting performance improvements from this engine upgrade mean that 0-62mph now takes 4.5 seconds and top speed is now 175mph.
The new Turbo S also comes with high-gloss black highlights on the mirrors and headlight housings, 21-inch 911 Turbo II alloys and an updated bi-colour leather interior. All of Porsches latest control systems are included in the new chassis as well; Dynamic Chassis Control to limit body roll in corners, air suspension with PASM active dampers and Torque Vectoring Plus which improves agility with an added electronically controlled rear differential lock.
The new Cayenne Turbo S will go on sale in January 2013 costing 20,000 more than the standard Cayenne Turbo with prices from £107,460. View all our Porsche lease deals here.
