Lexus introduce the new CT 200h Advance
posted on Nov 08 2012 by Sam Jones
The Lexus CT 200h Advance comes with a whole host of additional kit whilst costing just 500 more than the SE model of the Lexus CT 200h hybrid.
Everything fitted in the SE can be found in the Advance model including Bluetooth, dual-zone climate control and 17-inch alloy wheels. On top of this, Advance buyers get cruise control, a reversing camera and sat-nav. It is also the first model to be fitted with the new MoveOn navigation system enabling users to download data such as weather forecasts, traffic updates and speed camera locations. This service will require an annual subscription but is free for the first year. However, this MoveOn sat-nav is not available if you are looking to get DAB digital radio.
The Advance is also the first model to get Tahara, the new Lexus artificial leather. The production of Tahara, which Lexus say is flexible and hard-wearing, generates 65% less CO2. There are also four different metallic paint finishes exclusive to the Advance.
In terms of performance the Advance is the same as other CT 200h models, allowing drivers to choose between EV, Eco and Sport modes. It emits just 94g/km of CO2 and can achieve 68.9mpg.
With prices starting from £24,495, the Lexus CT 200h Advance can be ordered in the UK now.
