Lots of high profile celebrities have been spotted out and about in their luxurious Mercedes-Benz cars. Mercedes-Benz cars are a popular choice for the rich and famous because they are so luxurious and ideal for those who want to make a statement.
Racing car drivers, film stars, pop stars and models are all jumping on the Mercedes bandwagon. Here is just a small selection of celebrities who own or have been spotted in a Mercedes car.
Lewis Hamilton
It's no surprise that Lewis Hamilton has to own a fleet of the most impressive Mercedes-Benz cars. The Formula One racing driving switched from McLaren to Mercedes at the end of the 2012 season, so he has a strong loyalty to the brand.
Three months ago he posted a picture on Instagram of his two prize Mercedes cars, his brand new red SLS Blackseries and his old silver Blackseries.
Kelly Brook
Kelly Brook has recently been spotted in Hollywood with her boyfriend David McIntosh driving around in a brand new Mercedes CLS63 AMG Coupe which costs £81,930.
Harry Styles
Harry Styles seems to have good taste when it comes to cars and he tends to prefer vintage models. The One Direction singer has been spotted a few times in the last few months driving a white vintage Mercedes around California.
Kanye West & Kim Kardashian
Kanye West and Kim Kardashian have been spotted in a Mercedes SLR McLaren and a Mercedes-Benz S class. Kim also owns a Mercedes-Benz G63 that she is often seen driving (or being driven) around in.
Rita Ora
Calvin Harris has reportedly bought his girlfriend Rita Ora a £100,000 Mercedes in the hopes that it will encourage her to pass her driving test. He doesn’t want to have to be the designated driver when they move to LA together.
Lucy Watson
The femme fetale from Made In Chelsea wasn’t just going to settle for any car. She was pictured purchasing a luxury Mercedes E-class Cabriolet. She shared the news with her followers on twitter saying 'Getting some new wheels today! How exciting. #ontheroadagain #Ijustcantwaittogetontheroadagain.'
Rowan Atkinson
Rowan Atkinson was spotted at the beginning of April getting into his £200,000 gull winged Mercedes SLS AMG supercar. He apparently had trouble squeezing into the rather compact car. The SLS has a top speed of 199mph and can reach 62 mph in 3.7 seconds.
Sandra Bullock
Sandra Bullock is a fan of tinted windows which are a key feature on her new blacked out Mercedes-Benz GL550. She also has a blacked out Audi A6 wagon. She also arrived in a Mercedes-Benz at the 2014 Palm Springs Film Festival.
Professor Green
Professor Green has an impressive £100,000 Mercedes AGM Gullwing. Sadly he won't be driving it much because he has been given a year's drink driving ban.
