Car Launches to Look Forward to at the Geneva Motor Show

The Geneva Motor Show takes place between the 5th to the 15th of March. It’s a huge event for automotive brands and car enthusiasts eagerly anticipating the latest car launches.
Lots of manufacturers are planning on debuting brand new concept-cars at this event. With automotive technology getting more sophisticated by the minute there should certainly be saw awe-inspiring cars on show.
So what exactly does the 2015 show have in store for us? There are a lot of awesome cars that will be making their debut. Read on to find out some of the cars expected to the showcased at the event.
Ford Focus RS
One of Britains most popular cars will get an upgrade for the Geneva Motor Show. It will have a new ecoboost turbo engine, four wheel drive and deliver 316bhp. This car will go on sale early next year and will set you back around £30,000.

Honda Civic Type R
The new Honda was first spotted in a TV ad and since then people have been waiting to see it at the Geneva Motor Show. This impressive hot hatch has a turbocharged engine, 290bhp and a top speed of 167mph. You should be able to get your hands on this car this summer but it is expected to cost around £30,000.

New Audi R8
The first Audi R8 was a roaring success, and now this second generation R8 needs to live up to expectations. The brand new Audi R8 will be launched at the Geneva Motor Show. The front of the car has had a slight redesign, there’s an aero-optimised diffuser at the back of the car and a new exhaust system. This model will also be gifted with stop start technology and cylinder deactivation which will make it more economical than the first generation R8.

Lamborghini Aventador SV
Want to see one of the fastest Lambo’s ever? Head to the Geneva Motor Show where you can see this beauty. It’s expected to have a staggering 750bhp, a 6.5 litre V12 engine and be able to get up to speeds of 220mph thanks to a little weight loss.
Mercedes CLA Shooting Brake
The Mercedes CLA Shooting Brake will make its European debut in a bid to impress Mercedes-Benz fans. This model will be more spacious with a larger boot, more headroom and plenty of space for passengers in the back.

Vauxhall Viva - a new name for Vauxhall’s budget city car.
Mclaren 675 LT - an even more powerful version of the Mclaren with less weight.
New Range Rover Evoque - the new evoque will be gifted with a more high-tech interior and new engines.
Ferrari 488 GTB - this model will have a brand new turbocharged V8 engine
Renault Kadjar - Renault make an attempt to enter the crossover SUV market with the all new Kadjar.
