BMW reveal the 2013 Z4

The revised BMW Z4 will have an entry-level 2.0-litre turbocharged petrol engine when it goes on sale in April 2013. This will produce 154bhp and 177lb ft for the new sDrive18i model.
The sDrive18i will be available in either six-speed manual or eight-speed automatic versions, with the former managing 0-62 mph in 7.9 seconds and a top speed of 137 mph. Economy wise, it will do 41.5mpg with CO2 emissions of 159g/km. BMW have left the rest of the Z4 range unchanged including the sDrive20i, sDrive28i, sDrive35i and sDrive35is.
The 2013 Z4 has also received a slight makeover with redesigned LED headlights and small adjustments to the exterior trim. The interior also gets iDrive surrounds and new gloss black trim air vents as standard.
A number of optional alloy wheel choices will be available too. As will a new Design Pure Traction styling pack which gives the cabin contrasting black and orange trim. Fineline Anthracite wood finish is another option while the sDrive28i and above models get leather trim as standard.
For those looking for something a bit racier, the M Sport package features bespoke suspension settings as well as specially designed interior and exterior trims. The range topping sDrive351s will also model get its own refined version of the M Sport package.
